Day wise travel itinerary

  • Day 1 :Check In Burj Khalifa 124th Floor

    stamp of Dubai after you pass through immigration. After completing all the process you will depart for Hotel. Hotel Check in time is strictly at 1400 hrs & Check out 1200 hrs in Dubai. Later visit the world’s largest shopping mall – Dubai Mall, evening enjoy the Fountain show at Dubai Lake.Later you will visit the World’s tallest tower BurjKhalifa @ 124th Floor Observatory Deck from At the Top.Overnight at Hotel.

  • Day 2 :Dubai City Tour With One Way Mono Rail Ride

    Morning after breakfast, depart for “Dubai City Tour“ the tour begins from the historical part of Dubai with a guided tour of the city which ends at modern Dubai. Then we go for one way Mono Rail ride on the beautiful Palm Island. Enjoy Dubai Sky scrapers & beauty of Jumeirah beach During this tour.Overnight at Hotel.

  • Day 3 :Desert Safari

    Morning after breakfast, Half day is free for leisure  or shopping on your own. Afternoon you will depart for Desert Safari. In this tour you will enjoy the dune bashing ride in 4×4 Wheel cars. In the Desert you will enjoy the camel ride, Tanoora Show & Belly Dance. Enjoy the BBQ Dinner in the camp. Quality of food will be ok.Overnight at Hotel.

    • Economy class Air Arabia return airfare Ex. Ahmedabad (The airfare is considered at INR 27,000/- per person for now. The mentioned rate is subject to availability at the time of final booking.)

    • Package excluding – USD 10/- OTB charges per visa.
    • Any Medical Expenses or insurance during the tour.
    • Sharjah/Abu Dhabi Airport /XNB Transfer would be extra on above cost
    • Cost of meal other then mention above
    • Anything not specifically mentioned in inclusions column.

    • 5% TCS* (If PAN & Aadhaar are not linked 20% TCS)
    • * (TCS @ 5% on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside ) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and TCS @ 20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 10 Lakhs in the same financial year)
    • Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.

    Payment Policy

    • Initial deposit – 25% of tour cost to confirm you are booking with us.
    • 100% of the Total payment to be made before 35 days of the Departure.
    • Air Ticket – 100% payment require at the time of Booking
    • Non Refundable Services – If will confirm any non-refundable service then 100% payment require for that service part at the time of Booking (Hotel, Visa, Sightseeing, Train Ticket, Domestic Flight Ticket).

    Cancellation Policy

    • Visa – Once Visa Apply then visa cost will be Non Refundable
    • Airline – Cancellation Applicable as per the Airline terms and Condition
    • Non Refundable Services – If will confirm any non-refundable service then 100% Cancellation charges applicable for that service part (Hotel, Visa, Sightseeing, Train Ticket, Domestic Flight Ticket).
    • 45 Days prior to Travel Date 25% of Total tour cost.
    • 44 Days to 20 Days prior to Travel Date 50% of Total Tour Cost
    • 19 Days to 07 Days prior to Travel Date 75% of Total Tour Cost
    • Within the 7 Days to Travel Date 100% of Total Tour Cost

    TCS Terms and Conditions

    TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025 
     
    5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
    20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year
     
    (Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Travel Agent)

    Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.
    The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
     
    On validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.
